In the past, in addition to the Sundays on the event weekends (Fietsenfest, Heimatfest, Gänsemarkt and Nikolausmarkt), the stores in the city center were also open with a limited range of goods on the 1st Sunday of the month from 2 - 6 pm at

If the 1st Sunday is a public holiday, the 2nd Sunday is a shopping Sunday.
