Münsterland e.V. sees itself as the region's central networking body and plays a key role in the networking, marketing and coordination of numerous stakeholders. As a point of contact for residents, regional players, specialists, multipliers and tourists, it is passionately committed to conveying a positive and strong image of the Münsterland - both within the region and beyond. With the regional brand and the slogan "MÜNSTERLAND. THE GOOD LIFE.", it brings the strengths of our home region to the world.

The fields of activity include not only traditional regional marketing, but also the development of cooperative ventures and the coordination of various funding programs. On its own website you can find out more about the structure of the association, contact persons, members and committees. It also provides an overview of its history and the measures it implements in the area of sustainability.

The town of Haltern am See is a member of Münsterland e.V. and is happy to make use of the help of the tourism association.
The city agency continues to be actively involved in Münsterland e.V.'s advertising campaigns and supports the association's website with its own internet packages. In addition, the city agency has implemented its own websites "www.haltern-tourismus" and the cycling website "www.radfahren-haltern.de" with a complete content management system (web.IT) via Münsterland e.V., which can be maintained by the user. This allows the website to be designed flexibly without compromising usability. The special highlight: the content management system is connected to the Münsterland data portal via an interface. This allows all data from the open data database to be used and saves a lot of effort in terms of data maintenance and content procurement.
