Visit to the waterworks and the Haltern reservoir
Whether as drinking water or as a tourist attraction - in Haltern am See, water is brought to your heart in different ways.
During the tour of the waterworks and the information center, you will receive amazing information and insights into water extraction, treatment and pumping and can also sample some fresh Haltern water.
Afterwards, a trip on the passenger boat "Möwe" will bring you closer to the magnificent lake landscape. Let the impressions of the day sink in and enjoy the wonderful surroundings over a barbecue snack.
