Haltern am See is your starting point for extensive cycle tours on the region's exciting themed routes. Cycle along the Stever and Lippe rivers, discover small natural wonders in the Hohe Mark or travel through history on the 100 Castles Route. Last but not least, the Ruhr region is also an exciting experience for a cycling vacation!

On themed routes, accessibility, signposting, maps and tourist infrastructure are guaranteed. This means you can cycle these routes individually in stages or as a day tour.

Among the individual themed routes you will always find a special tour offer put together by us, where you simply leave the planning and organization to us. All you have to do is set off!

The 100 Castles Route is considered the queen of cycle tours. The castles line up like a string of pearls on the western route, which leads through the middle of Haltern am See.

Roman-Lippe Route

Experience the Roman Lippe Route, the only themed cycle route that combines a lively water experience along the Lippe with Roman history and culture.

Steverland route

The family cycle path with beautiful picnic areas, interactive stations and observation platforms leads along the Stever from its source to its mouth.

Booking information

Attached to the individual travel offers you will find a binding travel registration form, which you should complete, sign and send or fax to us if you wish to book. Please include the names of the other participants in your booking request. You will then receive an invoice/booking confirmation. The payment deadline for all bookings is 14 days before arrival. After receipt of your payment you will receive your travel documents and the corresponding vouchers.
