Lake cruises on the Haltern reservoir
Experience the wonderful nature around the Haltern reservoir on a round trip with the passenger ship "Möwe". The electrically powered passenger ship glides almost silently across the water and offers great views of the green bird island of Overrath, the long sandy beach of the lakeside resort or the Stadtmühlenbucht with its many sailing boats.
People who are dependent on a walker or wheelchair can also get on board via the ramps at the four landing stages Stadtmühlenbucht, Zur Innenstadt, Seehof and Niemen/Jugendherberge. There is an elevator and a disabled toilet on board.
The regular timetable runs from April to October, but the passenger ship does not sail in the winter months from November to March. Then there are only special events on board, which you can find in the calendar of events.

If you only want to buy a single ticket without consumption , you can book the ticket directly online at: www.moewe-haltern.de.
One-way tickets are also sold when boarding the passenger ship. There is a kiosk on board where you can buy drinks and snacks.
Events on the passenger ship are offered by the city agency (see events) and the Seeblick restaurant at www.seeblick-haltern.de.
